1. Sessions and Course Fees: 

Current session fees are listed on website. Courses and company events are negotiated separately. 

 

2. Method of Payment: 

Billing is done at the end of every session.

For in-person sessions, acceptable payment methods are credit/debit cards, MobilePay, and cash.  

For online sessions, a payment link will be sent to your email immediately following the session. This link can then be used to pay online with a credit or debit card. Payment is due on receipt of the link.  Payment via MobilePay is also possible.

3. Late Payments:

New sessions will not be scheduled until the payment for the previous session has been completed.  After multiple recurring late payments, the planning may be terminated or new sessions will be scheduled only with prepayment.

4. Cancellation Policy:  

Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. For cancellations or reschedules done within 24 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session rate will be charged. This fee will be waived for appointments rescheduled due to illness. For no-shows, the full cost of the session will be charged.  

After multiple recurring late cancellations/reschedules, planning may be terminated.

5. Duration and Frequency of Planning:  

The number and frequency of sessions will be individually discussed and agreed upon. Both parties have the right to terminate the planning at any time.

6. Confidentiality:  

All sessions are confidential, and your privacy will be protected as required by law. However, there are specific legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality. Confidentiality may also be breached at a client’s request and permission.

 

7. Data Protection 

Your personal information and planning records will be securely stored and protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws and ethical standards.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions  

These terms and conditions are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
